A day exploring the possibilities of computer-generated imagery for photographers and artists, with Pat Flynn

Ever had that overwhelming feeling of social anxiety when the word 'networking' is muttered? Ever avoided walking up to a person and introducing yourself as a photographer or artist? Then struggled to remember what your work is, never mind coherently talk about it?

If the answer to any of the above is 'yes', 'maybe' or 'please stop talking about networking', join us on the 17th February for our anti-networking event at Kosmonaut Manchester.

‘The Journey not the Arrival Matters’ T.S Eliot

Epic Journeys will bring together the work of three photographers and artists who have recently embarked on plotted expeditions of heroic proportions, each making images in remote locations to capture the beauty of grand and often hostile environments.

Join us at Open Eye Gallery for an evening with photographic artist Lydia Goldblatt. Lydia will talk about her life and work including the critically acclaimed project Still Here.

Redeye is beginning regular Critique Surgeries for photographers looking for informal advice on their work or practice, the first of which takes place on the 30th November 2015 with advice available from Redeye Director, Paul Herrmann and Paulette Terry Brien of International 3.

Landscape Photography Now

21 November 2015, 13:00 to 16:00

An afternoon of landscape and nature photography at Kendal Mountain Festival. Including an open call for selected photographers to talk about their work for 10 minutes.

Hothouse is on the road again – this time arriving at Tullie House in Carlisle. Redeye is partnering up with Carlisle Photo festival to bring you a day of presentations from the region’s most promising new creative talent, alongside a hub of photographic activity.

Redeye's Annual General Meeting for 2015 takes place at International Anthony Burgess Foundation at 18:00 to 19:30 on 28th September 2015.

This short meeting is a chance to come along and hear about Redeye's plans for the future, network with other Redeye members and meet Redeye staff and board members. Along with details about our upcoming programme, we'll be announcing some new opportunities for photographers, and give an overview of what we've been doing over the summer.
