This June Redeye hosts an exclusive portfolio review for members to gain expert 1-1 advice from leading photography collector and gallerist Laura Noble. Please note this event has now SOLD OUT. If you would like to join the waiting list please contact charlie@redeye.org.uk.
Gallery Director Laura Noble is known as a collector and author of The Art of Collecting Photography. She lectures worldwide in galleries, auction houses and museums on collecting and professional practice. Her art consultancy work and bespoke portfolio reviews are in high demand.
L A Noble Gallery proudly exhibits photographic work of a wide variety, particularly specialising in the contemporary. They represent the best homegrown and international talent of supreme quality, including both renowned and emerging artists alike. Their program focuses on assisting professional development at every stage, for students, graduates and professionals.
Who is it for?
Redeye’s portfolio reviews are aimed at committed photographers or artists looking for formal advice and feedback on their work or practice. We recommend this session to anyone looking to discuss how to take that next step in their photographic career. Maybe you are looking for representation from L A Noble or similar commercial galleries or perhaps you need advice on how to improve your photography or how to price your work effectively.
When
This event takes place on the evening of Monday 12th June. 20-minute slots are available from 19:00 until 20:20. You can choose your preferred slot at the time of booking. Please ensure you arrive at least 10 minutes before your designated slot.
Due to the high demand for appointments with Laura your slot will need to be confirmed by a phone call with Charlie Booth on the day of the portfolio reviews. Please ensure you leave an up to date phone number on your booking form so may ring you on Monday 12th June.
Where
This event takes place at Centre for Chinese Contemporary Art, Market Buildings, Thomas St, Manchester M4 1EU. The venue is fully accessible.

This portfolio review session is free to members. To find out more about becoming a member go to our membership page here. Space is limited so please book onto a specific time slot. If you are unable to attend your appointment please let Charlie Booth know as soon as possible.
Your slot will only be confirmed after Charlie receives contact from you on the day of the event. Failure to confirm on the day will result in your slot being reallocated to people on the waiting list. What should you bring?
Please prepare a formal portfolio of your best work. This is a rare opportunity to meet Laura Noble so please come prepared with either prints or digital files. If you want further advice on what to bring feel free to email Charlie at charlie@redeye.org.uk.
