Redeye is pleased to announce a new series of its ever-popular summer exhibition workshops, this time taking place in Bradford at the National Museum of Photography, Film & Television from July to September. The series of 10 workshops is designed to equip participants with
the skills and expertise they need to exhibit their own work –
from researching and developing ideas through to producing
finished work to exhibition standard.
The sessions will involve collaborating with a group of
photographers, under the guidance of two experienced photographic artists,
to develop individual contributions to a coherent, themed body
of work for exhibition. The work will be exhibited in the White
Room, a small gallery of the National Museum of Photography,
Film & Television, Bradford (NMPFT). The workshop sessions
will include lectures by guest artists and arts professionals,
discussion and regular group critiques, to help participants
develop their ideas and work. Please download the leaflet for full details, including the application process. Note that all applications must be received by 6th June 2005.
