SOCIAL NETWORKING IN THE CREATIVE INDUSTRIESConfused by Twitter, Facebook, Delicious and the rest? Can they really help your photography? Come and hear Creative Industry practitioners explain how technologies have transformed their businesses: featuring Leanda Ryan (www.leandaryan.com) and David Nightingale (www.chromasia.com). The event is free and will be held in the Deane Suite and Lecture Theatre, Design Studio, University of Bolton from 5:00pm - 8:00pm. There will be a short period of networking and the main event is expected to kick off at approx 5:30pm. For a map, see here. Refreshments will be available.

It's a collaboration between Redeye and the 'SPLICE' project at the University of Bolton, which aims to explore innovative practices within education and the creative industries that can break down the barriers between learning, working and living.
For further information and to register a place please contact Mark Johnson at the University of Bolton on mwj1@bolton.ac.uk.

This event will be ‘wired’ for Twitter, and participants are encouraged to sign-up for a free Twitter account prior to the evening.
