Commission Opportunity: In Focus

This is an opportunity for a neuro-diverse adult to create new photographic work supported by Photoworks. It is specifically for a neuro-diverse adult with varying levels of additional needs, including those who may be non-verbal or require complex support. The commission is open to individuals for whom photography is central to their artistic practice. 

Call-out: Tales of the Iconic exhibition

Have you ever felt a connection to an unknown person or felt drawn to a place that you’ve never been before for reasons you can’t explain? Tales of the Iconic is looking for submissions based on an inspiring individual or place, to be exhibited throughout Summer 2019 at The Town Hall, Hebden Bridge.

International Photography Competition: China and the UK

The Manchester China Institute (MCI), in partnership with Creative Manchester, has launched the first International Photography Competition at the University of Manchester! The theme of the competition is, 'What Does Friendship Mean to You?' Submit your contribution to be in with a chance to win £1,000 or ¥8,888 yuan.
