Everywhere is important. The way in which we experience place is ever-changing; virtual, physical, contested, peaceful. Over the past 2 years many of us have reassessed how we think about place. Where we live, work, relax, travel. In many cases our local surroundings have taken on new significance. And environmental responsibility could bring long-term changes to the sphere and location of where we practice.

Graduate Mentoring Scheme 2022

Following the success of our 2021 Graduate Mentoring Scheme we are very pleased to announce that the scheme is now available to anyone graduating from or leaving a Photography BA, MA or similar course in 2022.

This year we are very pleased that the mentoring is delivered in collaboration with The Association of Photographers, the leading trade association for photographers.

Following the success of our 2020 Graduate Mentoring Scheme we are very pleased to announce that the scheme is now available to anyone graduating from a Photography BA or similar course in 2021.

Visualizing Climate Change: An Open Call for Photography

Through ‘Visualizing Climate Change: An Open Call for Photography’, TED Countdown is partnering with Climate Visuals to build a new robust, accessible collection of evidence-based photos that document the reality of climate change around the world.

They are seeking submissions that communicate positive climate solutions in five key areas:
