CFCCA, Stanley Chow and Manchester After Hours are running an interactive competition for people to submit their photos of the theme #TheChinaConnection in response to Stanley Chow’s inStanGram exhibition which looks at his experiences growing up as a someone of Chinese descent in Manchester, using the popular Instagram style. CFCCA are looking for images that reflect Chinese culture in Manchester and vice versa.

CFCCA will select 30 of the winning photos to be featured in a print exhibition at the centre launching on Thursday 12 May, 6-8pm and running until Sunday 15 May with the winner receiving a limited edition signed print by Stanley.

Submissions should connect Chinese and UK culture and be sent to abigail@cfcca.org.uk for consideration. They can also be shared on social media using the #TheChinaConnection hashtag.

All submissions should be no smaller than 300dpi and a width / height of at least 1024 pixels (square dimensions)
