Part of Didsbury Arts Festival, Sefton Samuels will be in conversation with award-winning photojournalist Howard Barlow. Samuels will introduce some of his iconic images of Northern life from a career spanning four decades.
Following this will be a screening of A City Life showing Manchester and its regions enter a new era with an idealistic vision of the post war city, which takes in themes of industry, energy, leisure and housing, present, past, and future.
The event will take place in the congregational hall.
