The major photography festival of the north of England reaches its fourth edition launching on 15 May 2015, with two weeks and three weekends of activities across the city.

Highlight exhibitions among more than 30 shows include:

Open 1 at Open Eye Gallery, featuring Louis Quail, Deborah Kelly, Helen Marshall, and Richard Ross's Juvenile in Justice

The Modern Kids by Jona Frank at Warp Liverpool

Max Pinckers’ Will They Sing Like Raindrops or Leave Me Thirsty, at St George's Hall, which examines the price of love in India and the stories encountered daily by the Love Commandos, a volunteer group working to prevent honour killings

Nitrate by Xavier Ribas at The Bluecoat

Group Therapy by Tony Mallon, exploring homeless shelters and their idea of homeliness
