The Peckham 24 team are delighted to announce that the three day festival of contemporary photography is returning to Copeland Park and Bussey Building for its 5th Edition, from Friday 10th to Sunday 12th September 2021. This year's programme, which takes place during Photo London Week, is curated on the theme of SOLIDARITY.

The 2021 programme is created in response to the waves of protest and public demonstration that the world witnessed during the lockdowns of 2020. Exhibitions and live events programmed especially for the festival will give a voice to the urgent global issues of our time through the work of artists responding to the Black Lives Matter movement, LGBTQ+ experience, Women's rights and lived experience with mental health.

Since its launch in 2016, Peckham 24 has become a celebrated fixture of Photo London Week and is known for highlighting new work by young and experimental artists working with photography. This year's headline shows feature timely projects from a new generation of exciting talent, alongside the opportunity to revisit an early Super-8 video work, Why I Never Became a Dancer, by the internationally acclaimed British artist, Tracey Emin.
