Based in Derby's Eagle Centre Market, Derby Photo Fringe brings together exhibitions, workshops and events from emerging artists, collectives and established practitioners. As part of that, The Invisible In-Between: An Englishman's Search for the Irish Border looks at Ireland’s border in the uncertainty of Brexit.

The public is asked to tear photographs of the Irish border and comment about the two-year period of uncertainty since the invocation of Article 50. Tristan Poyser's latest project began as a response to the results of teh UK's Brexit referendum. Tristan has spent the last two years travelling and photographing the full length of the 510km Irish border. Then tearing his photographs in half.
