PC: Please click the right-hand mouse button whilst the mouse pointer is over link to the item that you want to download. Choose ‘save link as’ from the menu that appears to download this item. When prompted, choose a file name and place to save it to and click ‘OK’.

Mac: Please press the "ctrl" button at the same time as clicking the mouse button on the link to the item that you want to download. Choose 'download link to disk' from the menu that appears to download this time. When prompted, choose a file name and place to save it to and click 'OK'.
